Ingredients:

Instructions:

  • In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook ground beef and Italian sausage together, breaking up the meat as it cooks.
  • Add in onion and garlic and cook until the onion is softened and the meat is fully cooked through.
  • Add in Dei Fratelli Crushed Tomatoes, Stewed Tomatoes, and Marinara Pasta Sauce and mix well.
  • Add in tomato paste, Italian seasoning, broth, and heavy cream and bring the Lasagna Soup to a simmer.
  • Once simmering, add in the Lasagna noodles and allow the soup to cook until the noodles are al dente, about 20 minutes.
  • Serve in a bowl and add a dollop of ricotta cheese and shredded parmesan cheese on top.
