Thanksgiving Leftover Waffle
Ingredients:
- 3 Cups Leftover Tomato Cornbread Stuffing
- 2 Eggs
- Roasted Turkey, optional
- Gravy, optional
- Over Easy Eggs, optional
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine your leftover cornbread stuffing with 2 eggs and mix until well combined.
- Preheat your waffle iron and place 3/4 cup of the stuffing mixture into the center. Close your waffle iron and allow your leftover waffle to cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove your waffle with a fork and serve hot with leftover Thanksgiving turkey, gravy, and your favorite style of egg!
