Grilled Korean BBQ Skewers
Ingredients:
For the Korean BBQ Marinade
- 1 (15 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Tomato Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Gochujang
- 1/2 Cup Green Onions, sliced
- 4 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds
For the Grilled Steak Skewers
- 2 lbs. Steak, cut into large chunks
- 8 oz. Pearl Onions, peeled
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, diced into large pieces
- 1 head Broccoli, stalk removed and diced
Instructions:
- Begin by prepping the ingredients for the skewers. Dice the pepper, broccoli, and steak into pieces large enough to put on you skewers, leaving the pearl onions whole.
- Assemble your skewers by alternating meat and vegetables until you run out of ingredients. Set the skewers aside.
- Whisk the ingredients for the Korean BBQ marinade together until everything is well combined.
- In a large, flat dish, such as a baking dish, place the skewers flat across and pour the Korean BBQ marinade on top. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- When the Korean BBQ skewers have finished marinating, grill the skewers on medium-high heat. Make sure to rotate the skewers every couple of minutes to cook all sides.
- Once fully cooked, remove the Grilled Korean BBQ skewers and enjoy them while warm.
