  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Tamari
  • 2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp. Coconut Sugar
  • 4 Cups Green Beans, trimmed and cooked
  • 8 Tbsp. Slivered Almonds, toasted
  • 1 Bibb Lettuce, washed and leaves seperated


  • Mix Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes, oil, tamari, chili garlic sauce, vinegar, and sugar together. Add green beans and let marinate for an hour.
  • Place 1/3 cup of marinated green beans in one of the lettuce leaves.
  • Fill remaining lettuce leaves with green beans. Top with almonds.

Chef's Tip:

Use long green beans if available and try substituting chow mein noodles for almonds!
