The perfect dressing for your grilled veggie kabobs or for a delicious light lunch! Our Tomato Carrot Ginger Dressing combines Dei Fratelli Tomato Juice, rice wine vinegar, ginger, carrots, and sesame oil to bring your favorite Asian dressing to your dinner table!

  • 1 (46 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Tomato Juice
  • 2/3 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 2/3 Cups Carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. Ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 3/4 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1/3 Cup + 1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • 3/4 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 3/4 tsp. Sea Salt


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. You may need to work in smaller batches if your blender is smaller.

Chef's Tip:

This dressing makes a great dip for grilled veggies or as a dressing on a cold, chopped Asian salad.
