Simple Lasagna
Ingredients:
- 1 (24 oz.) jar Dei Fratelli Fire Roasted Vegetable Pasta Sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. Oregano, dried
- 1/4 tsp. Basil, dried
- Sea Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
- 1 (12 oz.) package Oven-Ready Lasagna Noodles
- 4 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese , grated
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a small bowl, combine Dei Fratelli Fire Roasted Vegetable Sauce and seasonings. Mix well.
- In a large baking dish, put a thin layer of sauce to cover bottom of the pan. Create your first layer by putting lasagna noodles over sauce, then 1/4 of sauce mixture, 1 cup of mozzarella, and 1/4 cup of parmesan on top. Repeat 3 more times to create 4 total layers. Use extra 1/2 cup of mozzarella for top layer.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil, return to oven, and continue baking for another 20 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown and noodles are cooked.
