Ingredients:
- 1 (14 oz.) can Silver Fleece Sauerkraut
- 4 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
- 4 tsp. Lime Juice
- 4 tsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 tsp. Thai Chili, minced with seeds
- 2 tsp. Ginger Puree
- 1/2 Cup Peanuts, roasted and smashed
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients together. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve.

Substitute serrano pepper or roasted smashed cashews.
