Spicy Thai Noodle Mug
Ingredients:
- 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Low Sodium Diced Tomatoes
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 4 tsp. Gluten-Free Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tsp. Chili Garlic Sauce
- 1 tsp. Ginger Puree
- 1 packet Stir Fry Noodles, precooked
- Roasted Peanuts, smashed, as needed
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients, except peanuts, in 2 large mugs.
- Cover and microwave for 90 seconds on 70% power.
- Carefully unwrap the mug and stir noodles.
- Cover and microwave for an additional 60 seconds.
- Unwrap and allow mug to cool off a bit, about a minute.
