Add some Asian influence to your workday. Mix together Dei Fratelli Low Sodium Diced Tomatoes with chili garlic sauce and stir fry noodles to create this spicy lunch in minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Low Sodium Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 4 tsp. Gluten-Free Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Ginger Puree
  • 1 packet Stir Fry Noodles, precooked
  • Roasted Peanuts, smashed, as needed

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients, except peanuts, in 2 large mugs.
  • Cover and microwave for 90 seconds on 70% power.
  • Carefully unwrap the mug and stir noodles.
  • Cover and microwave for an additional 60 seconds.
  • Unwrap and allow mug to cool off a bit, about a minute.

Chef's Tip:

Try any number of precooked Asian noodles.  Substitute peanuts with cashews if desired.
