Spaghetti Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Diced Tomatoes in Hearty Sauce
- 1/2 lb. Spaghetti, cooked
- 1 lb. Ground Beef, cooked
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp. Oregano
- 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray, as needed
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan, eggs, and cooked spaghetti. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine Dei Fratelli Diced Tomatoes in Hearty Sauce, ground beef, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spray a deep pie dish or 8" casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Arrange the spaghetti mixture in the dish and top with the tomato and meat mixture.
- Top dish with shredded mozzarella and remaining parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until baked through and cheese is melted.
