Make spaghetti, but make it massive! Our Spaghetti Pie is the perfect way to wow your friends and family with a delicious dinner! Just combine Dei Fratelli Diced Tomatoes in Hearty Sauce with cooked spaghetti noodles, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, and some ground beef for this supreme way to enjoy your favorite pasta!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Diced Tomatoes in Hearty Sauce
  • 1/2 lb. Spaghetti, cooked
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef, cooked
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray, as needed

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan, eggs, and cooked spaghetti. Mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, combine Dei Fratelli Diced Tomatoes in Hearty Sauce, ground beef, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Spray a deep pie dish or 8" casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Arrange the spaghetti mixture in the dish and top with the tomato and meat mixture.
  • Top dish with shredded mozzarella and remaining parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until baked through and cheese is melted.

Chef's Tip:

Garnish with fresh basil or parsley!
