Portuguese Tomato & Sausage Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes
- 1 (64 oz.) carton Chicken Broth
- 2 (15 oz.) cans Cannellini Beans, drained
- 12 oz. Andouille Sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 large Onion, diced
- 6 Cups Kale, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a Dutch oven. Bring the soup to a simmer for 45 minutes.
