Hot Dog Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Chopped Tomatoes with Onion & Garlic, well drained
- 4 Eggs
- 2 (8 oz.) tubes Crescent Rolls, roughly chopped
- 8 Hot Dogs, sliced
- 1/2 Cup White Onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, minced
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- In a large bowl, crack eggs and whisk lightly. Add remaining ingredients and combine well with a rubber spatula.
- Pour mixture into a 9×13 baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
