Ingredients:
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Chopped Mexican Tomatoes, drained
- 1 (4.5 oz.) can Chopped Green Chilies
- 3 Tbsp. Green Bell Pepper, minced
- 2 Tbsp. White Onion, minced
- 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/3 Cup Rice Vinegar
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, combine Dei Fratelli Chopped Mexican Tomatoes with chopped green chilies, green bell pepper, white onion, and maple syrup. Bring to a steady simmer for 8-10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- When the liquid in the saucepan has reduced by half, add the rice vinegar and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Allow the relish to cool before serving or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
