Restaurant Salsa

In 10 minutes, you will have the most refreshing and tasteful salsa you've ever had! Combine a #10 can of Dei Fratelli Diced Tomatoes, white onion, and jalapeno in a food processor or blender for a perfect Foodservice salsa. You can have classic chips and salsa or top on tacos, burritos, and nachos. The possibilities are endless!

Ingredients:
- 1 #10 can Seasoned Diced Tomatoes
- 2 Cups White Onion, diced
- 2 Cups Cilantro, with stems
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 2 tsp. Granulated Garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Cumin
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a large food processor or blender. Pulse until the salsa is ground down and all pieces are uniform in size.
- Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days.
Chef's Tip:
Serve with tortilla chips, or on top of tacos, burritos, and nachos!
