Ingredients:
- 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes, drained
- 3 Cups Gluten-Free Rotini Pasta, cooked
- 1/2 Cup Cucumber, diced small
- 1/2 Cup Plant-Based Mozarella Cheese, diced small
- 1/2 Cup Broccoli Florets, trimmed small
- 2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Sunflower Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Red Onion, diced
- 1 tsp. Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp. Parsley, dried
Instructions:
