Flavor comes easily with our Easy Italian Pasta Salad. Made with Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli, and lemon pepper seasoning, this gluten-free and plant-based salad will become the star at your next barbecue.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes, drained
  • 3 Cups Gluten-Free Rotini Pasta, cooked
  • 1/2 Cup Cucumber, diced small
  • 1/2 Cup Plant-Based Mozarella Cheese, diced small
  • 1/2 Cup Broccoli Florets, trimmed small
  • 2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Sunflower Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Red Onion, diced
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Parsley, dried

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.  Serve cold.

Chef's Tip:

If gluten-free rotini pasta is unavailable, you can substitute another similar-sized noodle.
