Double Pickled Kraut
Ingredients:
- 1 (14 oz.) can Silver Fleece Sauerkraut, drained
- 2 Cups White Onion, sliced
- 2 Cups Pickles, chopped
- 4 tsp. Garlic, minced
- 2 Cups Pickle Juice
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup White Vinegar
- 4 tsp. Mustard Seed
- 2 Bay Leaves
Instructions:
- In a medium pot, place all liquid ingredients and spices and bring to a boil.
- Place onions, Silver Fleece Sauerkraut, and pickles in a large heatproof bowl and cover with the boiling liquid.
- Allow to come to room temperature and then store in glass containers in the fridge.
