Ingredients:
- 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Low Sodium Diced Tomatoes, drained
- 1 lb. Bacon, chopped
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions:
- On your stovetop over medium heat, cook bacon in a saucepan until golden brown. Once cooked, remove the bacon and set aside on a paper towel. Keep the remaining bacon grease in the pan for the next step.
- Add sliced onion to the saucepan with the bacon grease and sauté on medium heat.
- Once the onion is ready, add Dei Fratelli Low Sodium Diced Tomatoes, bacon, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce to the pan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and allow the jam to simmer until thickened.
