ASSASSIN’S SPAGHETTI OR SOPA DE FIDEO
Assassin’s Spaghetti, also known as Sopa de Fideo, is a bold, one-pot pasta dish where dry noodles are cooked directly in a spicy tomato sauce instead of boiled separately. This easy recipe uses Dei Fratelli Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce, chicken stock, onion, garlic, and Calabrian peppers to create a deep, rich flavor in just minutes.
Unlike traditional spaghetti recipes, Assassin’s Spaghetti allows the pasta to absorb the sauce as it cooks, resulting in intense tomato flavor and a slightly crisp, tender texture. Popular in Italian-inspired and Latin comfort cooking, this dish is known for its simplicity, heat, and satisfying bite.
Perfect for busy weeknights, this one-pot pasta recipe delivers restaurant-style flavor using pantry staples. Invite your kids in the kitchen to break up the noodles to help create this fast, flavorful dinner that brings the heat and highlights the fresh taste of Dei Fratelli tomatoes.
