Ingredients:

  • 1 (24 oz.) jar Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce
  • ½ (12 oz.) box Angel Hair Pasta
  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 Tbsp. Jarred Calabrian Peppers, chopped
  • ½ tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Instructions:

  • Place uncooked pasta in a bag and break the noodles up into small pieces.
  • Heat Extra Virgin Olive Oil over medium heat and add diced onion, crushed pasta, and chopped Calabrian peppers to the pot. Cook until the onion starts to soften.
  • Add minced garlic to the pot and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
  • Add the chicken stock and Dei Fratelli Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce to your pot and bring your pasta to a simmer.
  • Allow the Assassin's Spaghetti to continue simmering for about 10 minutes or until the noodles are cooked to desired texture.

Chef's Tip:

Why is it called Assassin's Spaghetti?
The name comes from the intense heat and bold flavor created by the spicy tomato sauce and peppers, which gives this dish its' signature kick.
Can I make Assassin's Spaghetti less spicy?
Of course!  Reduce or omit the Calabrian peppers and use one of our many different pasta sauces to make the heat perfect for your family.
