Broccoli Almond Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes, drained
- 2 Cups Plant-Based Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 6 Cups Broccoli Florets, trimmed small
- 1 1/2 Cups Cucumber, quartered and sliced
- 3/4 Cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 Cup Slivered Almonds, toasted
- 2 tsp. Poppy Seeds
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes, mayonnaise, mustard, and sea salt.
- Fold in the remaining ingredients.
