Your favorite veggies and tomatoes combine for our tasty and colorful Broccoli Almond Salad! Layer Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes, broccoli, cucumbers, red onion, and almonds on a plate or bowl and drizzle on mayonnaise, dijon mustard, and poppy seeds for this photo-worthy lunch!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes, drained
  • 2 Cups Plant-Based Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 6 Cups Broccoli Florets, trimmed small
  • 1 1/2 Cups Cucumber, quartered and sliced
  • 3/4 Cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Slivered Almonds, toasted
  • 2 tsp. Poppy Seeds
