Pizza Roll-Ups
Ingredients:
- 1 (15 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) tube Crescent Dough
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 Cup Salami or Pepperoni, finely chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Unroll the dough. Spread 1/4 cup Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce evenly onto the dough, leaving a 3/4" border along the side.
- Sprinkle parmesan and mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Top with salami or pepperoni, coating evenly.
- Tightly roll up the pastry to enclose the filling, leaving the plain edge for last. Brush the edge lightly with water and fold to seal.
- Using a serrated bread knife, cut the roll into 1/2" rounds, make about 6, and place sideways on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with remaining pizza sauce for dipping.
