Enjoy your favorite pizza on the go with our Pizza Roll-Ups. Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce, crecent dough, pepperoni, and 2 different cheeses make these delicious and savory spirals perfect to dip in your favorite pizza sauce!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) tube Crescent Dough
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Salami or Pepperoni, finely chopped

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Unroll the dough. Spread 1/4 cup Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce evenly onto the dough, leaving a 3/4" border along the side.
  • Sprinkle parmesan and mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Top with salami or pepperoni, coating evenly.
  • Tightly roll up the pastry to enclose the filling, leaving the plain edge for last. Brush the edge lightly with water and fold to seal.
  • Using a serrated bread knife, cut the roll into 1/2" rounds, make about 6, and place sideways on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with remaining pizza sauce for dipping.
