This Quick Rigatoni is the perfect Foodservice recipe to serve a delicious meal to everyone. With a #10 can of Dei Fratelli Deluxe Marinara Sauce, rigatoni pasta, and a #10 can of Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes, you can create this rich and creamy meal!

Ingredients:
- 1 #10 can Deluxe Marinara Sauce
- 1 #10 can Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 4 lbs. Ground Beef
- 2 Cups White Onion, chopped
- 3 Cups Celery, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 4 tsp. Salt
- 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 4 lbs. Rigatoni Pasta
Instructions:
- In a 2 gallon pot, brown the ground beef, onion, and celery.
- Add remaining ingredients, except rigatoni, and let simmer for at least 20 minutes.
- While the sauce is simmering, prepare rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain pasta and toss directly into the sauce.
- Allow the pasta to rest for at least 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. The longer it sits, the better it gets!
Chef's Tip:
Serve as is with grated parmesan cheese or top with mozzarella and bake for a cheesy baked rigatoni!
