This Quick Rigatoni is the perfect Foodservice recipe to serve a delicious meal to everyone. With a #10 can of Dei Fratelli Deluxe Marinara Sauce, rigatoni pasta, and a #10 can of Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes, you can create this rich and creamy meal!

Ingredients:

  • 1 #10 can Deluxe Marinara Sauce
  • 1 #10 can Petite Diced Tomatoes
  • 4 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 2 Cups White Onion, chopped
  • 3 Cups Celery, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 4 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 4 lbs. Rigatoni Pasta

Instructions:

  • In a 2 gallon pot, brown the ground beef, onion, and celery.
  • Add remaining ingredients, except rigatoni, and let simmer for at least 20 minutes.
  • While the sauce is simmering, prepare rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain pasta and toss directly into the sauce.
  • Allow the pasta to rest for at least 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. The longer it sits, the better it gets!

Chef's Tip:

Serve as is with grated parmesan cheese or top with mozzarella and bake for a cheesy baked rigatoni!
