Ingredients Method Notes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (10.75 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup
  • 1 (18.75 oz.) package Spice Cake Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 2 Eggs
  • Cream Cheese Frosting

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Grease and lightly flour two 8" or 9" round cake pans.
  3. Combine cake mix, Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup, water, and eggs according to package directions.  Pour into prepared pans.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, or until done, then cool on wire racks for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from pans and cool completely.
  6. Fill and frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting.

Notes

Serve with ground cinnamon lightly sifted on top of the finished cake.
