Made right in your pressure cooker, this Pot Roast combines Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup, chuck roast, Yukon potatoes, and carrots to make this easy comfort food that is hearty and filling for your whole family.

Pot Roast
Ingredients:
- 1 (10.75 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup
- 2 1/2 lbs. Chuck Roast, whole, trimmed
- 2 Cups Yukon Potatoes, chopped
- 1/2 Cup White Onion, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Carrot, peeled, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/3 tsp. Black Pepper
- 2/3 Cup Water
Instructions:
- Grease the inside of a multi-use pressure cooker. Add roast beef and sauté until all 4 sides are seared, about 2 minutes each side. Remove and set aside.
- Toss potatoes, onion, carrot, and celery with salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Add to pressure cooker and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup and water. Combine well. Add roast beef back to pressure cooker.
- Seal pressure cooker and cook for 90 minutes on medium-high pressure.
