Made right in your pressure cooker, this Pot Roast combines Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup, chuck roast, Yukon potatoes, and carrots to make this easy comfort food that is hearty and filling for your whole family.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (10.75 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup
  • 2 1/2 lbs. Chuck Roast, whole, trimmed
  • 2 Cups Yukon Potatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup White Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot, peeled, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/3 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 2/3 Cup Water

Instructions:

  • Grease the inside of a multi-use pressure cooker.  Add roast beef and sauté until all 4 sides are seared, about 2 minutes each side.  Remove and set aside.
  • Toss potatoes, onion, carrot, and celery with salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Add to pressure cooker and sauté for 5 minutes.
  • Add Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup and water. Combine well. Add roast beef back to pressure cooker.
  • Seal pressure cooker and cook for 90 minutes on medium-high pressure.

Chef's Tip:

Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the roast and the model of the pressure cooker.
