Ingredients:
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Low Sodium Diced Tomatoes, drained and rinsed
- 1 (8 oz.) package Soba Noodles
- 2 Scallions, finely chopped
- 1 medium Lime, juiced
- 2 Tbsp. Ginger Puree
- 4 tsp. Tamari
- 4 tsp. Sunflower Oil
- 2 tsp. Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Chili Paste, ground
- 1/2 tsp. Sesame Seeds, roasted
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook soba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
- Mix remaining ingredients together. Let rest for 5 minutes. Combine with soba noodles.
