Ingredients:

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Chopped Tomatoes with Onion & Garlic, drained and chopped
  • 2 Cups Full-Fat Sour Cream
  • 1 Medium Lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 Cup Roasted Red Bell Pepper, minced
  • 2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp. Granulated Onion
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Oregano, dried
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.  Serve chilled.

Chef's Tip:

To give this dip an extra boost in flavor, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over it before serving!
