Vegetarian Chili

This one-pot, plant-based chili is our favorite way to warm up on a cold night. Dei Fratelli Chili Ready Diced Tomatoes, carrots, celery, green chilies, and kidney beans are mixed to make this classic chili made for any family lifestyle.

Ingredients:
- 2 (14.5 oz.) cans Dei Fratelli Chili Ready Diced Tomatoes
- 2 tsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup White Onion, diced
- 1/2 Cup Carrot, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) can Diced Green Chiles
- 2 (15 oz.) cans Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Yellow Mustard
Instructions:
- In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add carrot, celery, green chiles, and garlic and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Add Dei Fratelli Chili Ready Diced Tomatoes and remaining ingredients. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Chef's Tip:
Garnish with more diced onion for additional savory flavor!
