Ingredients:
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained and rinsed
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 2 Cups White Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 (5 oz.) bag Baby Spinach
- 1/2 Cup Goat Cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Heat vegetable oil over medium heat in a large pan. Add onions and cook until they begin to turn golden brown, about 8 minutes.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 1-2 more minutes. Remove from heat and add goat cheese and Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes. Combine well.
- Fill an oven-safe dish with dip and bake for 15 minutes.
