  • Melt butter over medium heat in a medium-sized saucepan. Add onions and sauté until browned and fried, about 5 minutes.
  • Add vegetable stock and Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes with Onion, Celery, & Peppers. Combine and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, add stuffing mix, and stir. Remove from heat and cover for 5 minutes. Remove lid and fluff with a fork before serving.

Chef's Tip:

Garnish with chopped white onion!
