  • 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes, well drained
  • 4 Scallions, sliced
  • 1/2 Medium Lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 Cup Capers, including brine
  • 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. White Onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
