Our Stewed Tomato & Rosemary Pork Chops combines Dei Fratelli Stewed Tomatoes with capers, rosemary, and olive oil for a delicious and tasty topper for your pork chops!

Ingredients:
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Stewed Tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 4 Pork Chops
- Salt , to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Capers, drained
- 1 tsp. Rosemary, dried
Instructions:
- Pat pork chops dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add pork chops and brown all over, about 5 minutes on each side. Repeat as necessary and set pork chops aside.
- In the same skillet, add Dei Fratelli Stewed Tomatoes, capers, and rosemary. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until most of the liquid is gone, about 10 minutes.
- Return pork chops to pan and continue cooking for another 5 minutes, flipping pork chops as needed.
Chef's Tip:
Serve with a side of rice and veggies for a complete dinner!
