Spaghetti Bake

In just over an hour, you can create a flavorful and filling Spaghetti Bake that works perfectly for Foodservice. Toss a #10 can of Dei Fratelli Spaghetti Sauce, whole wheat spaghetti noodles, and white onion to have enough for three half-sized pans. You can remove the ground beef and replace it with a plant-based alternative if needed!

Ingredients:
- 1 #10 can Spaghetti Sauce
- 7 lbs. Whole Wheat Spaghetti Noodles, cooked
- 4 lbs. Ground Beef
- 3 quarts Carrot, shredded
- 1 Cup White Onion, diced
- 1 Cup Green Bell Pepper, diced
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- In a large pan, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Use pan spray to grease a large pan. Spread carrot, onion, and green pepper evenly in the pan. Sweat vegetables for 15 minutes.
- Toss all ingredients together and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- This recipe makes 3 half-sized pans.
Chef's Tip:
Make this recipe plant-based and vegetarian by swapping the ground beef with a plant-based alternative!
