Ingredients:
FOR EASY BBQ SAUCE:
- 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Tomato Puree
- 1 1/3 Cups Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Honey
- 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
FOR TURKEY SLOPPY JOES:
- 6 Cups Easy BBQ Sauce Recipe
- 12 Cups Turkey, cooked and diced
- Slider Buns or Sweet Rolls
Instructions:
- For the Easy BBQ Sauce, mixall Easy BBQ Sauce ingredients together in a large bowl. Add to a large saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add Easy BBQ Sauce and turkey to a 6-quart slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours. Serve on buns.
Chef's Tip:
Garnish with chopped white onion! A great recipe to make with leftover holiday turkey!
