Slow Cooker Pork, Kraut, & Tomatoes
Ingredients:
- 1 (14 oz.) can Silver Fleece Sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained
- 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 (10.75 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup
- 1 (13.25 oz.) can Mushroom Stems and Pieces, drained
- 2 -3 lbs. Boneless Pork Butt or Shoulder, cubed
- 2 large Carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 large Celery, chopped
- 1 White Onion, diced
- 3 tsp. Garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- Pinch Rosemary, chopped
Instructions:
- After draining and rinsing Silver Fleece Sauerkraut, slightly squeeze with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
- Combine all ingredients into a large slow cooker and mix well.
- Cook on high for 4-5 hours, or until meat is fully cooked to at least 165 F.
