Our Asian cuisine inspired Roast Beef Noodle Bowl is the perfect lunch to warm you up! Dei Fratelli Petite Deiced Tomatoes combines with sunflower oil, roast beef slices, ginger, and soba noodles for this tasty and delicious soup!

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained, pressed, and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Sunflower Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Ginger, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Scallions, sliced thin
  • 3 Tbsp. Tamari
  • 4 Cups Beef Broth
  • 1 (10 oz.) package Soba Noodles, cooked
  • 8 slices Roast Beef, cooked rare and sliced thin
  • White Onion, sliced, for garnish
  • Green Bell Pepper, sliced, for garnish
  • Pickled Ginger, for garnish


  • Add sunflower oil to a medium-sized saucepan. Quickly sauté the garlic and ginger over medium-high heat until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Add the scallions and sauté for an additional 30 seconds.
  • Pour in Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes and tamari. Reduce slightly, about 5 minutes. Add the broth and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 8 minutes.
  • Pour broth over soba noodles and garnish with roast beef, onion, pepper, and pickled ginger.

Chef's Tip:

Slice up more scallions for garnish!
