Ingredients:
- 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/2 Cup Cucumber, peeled and diced
- 2 Tbsp. White Onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. Italian Parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Salt, to taste
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until slightly chunky.

Pour over red skin potatoes for a fun twist on potato salad!
