Meatloaf in minutes! Our Plant-Based Meatloaf Mug combines Dei Fratelli Sloppy Joe Sauce with your favorite ground plant-based protein, maple syrup, and black pepper for this 5 ingredient savory and delicious meal!

  • 1 (15 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Sloppy Joe Sauce
  • 32 oz. Plant-Based Ground Meat Alternative
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • Nonstick Cooking Spray, as needed


  • Spray the bottom of 4 large mugs with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Evenly form the plant-based meat into the bottom of the mugs. Mix the water, maple syrup, and Dei Fratelli Sloppy Joe Sauce and pour over the meat patties. Cover mugs tightly.
  • Cook in microwave on power 4 for 2 minutes.
  • Cook an additional 2 minutes on power 3.
  • Uncover and let sit for 3 minutes.
  • Meatloaf will be very hot. Allow to cool before enjoying.

Chef's Tip:

Add 1 tsp. of dehydrated chopped onion to the Dei Fratelli Sloppy Joe Sauce for extra sweetness and flavor.
