Just found your salsa for the first time yesterday. It’s excellent! But I’m not surprised.
SALSA FROM SEED TO TABLE
At Dei Fratelli, we take pride in delivering the freshest, jarred Salsas to your table! Our tomatoes are carefully picked from local family growers’ fields under the Midwest summer sun. We then blend them into purees and crushed tomatoes to use in our deliciously seasoned jarred sauces! From seed to preservation, it’s all about quality and flavor! Learn more about our Seed to Table process and our growers below!

All of our tomatoes start from select seeds that are then germinated in our greenhouses until springtime.
Once, the tomato plants are ready, they are transplanted into one of local growers’ fields to thrive under the Ohio summer sun. As they continue to grow, they are cared for by our growers until ready for harvest.

Once completely vine-ripened, the tomatoes are picked and sent to one of our 3 facilities. Each grower is located around 30 miles from one of our facilities allowing for a very short drive from field to package.
Once at our facilities the tomatoes are washed, sorted by hand, and made immediately into your family’s favorite tomato products!

Our minimal processing and delicious flavors are a family tradition that we love to share with families across the country for over 100 years!
