Ingredients:

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Chopped Italian Tomatoes, drained
  • 1 Cup Olive Oil and Sea Salt Seasoned Grains, fully cooked pouch
  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Collard Greens
  • 10 Green Olives , drained and pitted

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients, except olives, in 4 large mugs.
  • Cover top of mugs and microwave for 60 seconds on power 7.
  • Carefully unwrap and stir.  Cover, and microwave for an additional 60 seconds on power 7.
  • Uncover and stir in the olives.  Allow to cool for a few minutes.  Grains may be very hot.

Chef's Tip:

Healthy lunch for a busy day!  Add some plant-based parmesan cheese for an extra flavor boost.
