A new twist on bruschetta, our Lemon Pepper Bruschetta combines Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes, lemon juice, lemon zest, and black pepper for a delicious and sweet appetizer!

  • 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes, well drained
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. Plant-Based Parmesan, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. Basil, torn small
  • 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Lemon Zest
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper, coarsely ground
  • 1/4 tsp. Granulated Garlic


  • Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Serve chilled.
