Korean BBQ Marinade for Cauliflower
Ingredients:
- 1 (46 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Tomato Juice
- 1/2 Cup Tamari
- 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Chili Garlic Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Gochugaru Spice
- 1/2 Cup Vinegar
- 1/3 Cup Coconut Sugar
- 1 Cup Green Onion, sliced
- 2 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 Cauliflower Head, cut into medium florests
Instructions:
- Whisk all the ingredients, except the cauliflower in a big bowl. Add the cauliflower, cover, and refrigerate for an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 450 F. Drain the cauliflower.
- Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray and arrange the cauliflower florets so they cook evenly. Bake for 20 minutes
- Flip the cauliflower and bake for another 20 minutes or until brown and crispy.
