Ingredients:

  • 1 (46 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Tomato Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Tamari
  • 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Gochugaru Spice
  • 1/2 Cup Vinegar
  • 1/3 Cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1 Cup Green Onion, sliced
  • 2 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 Cauliflower Head, cut into medium florests

Instructions:

  • Whisk all the ingredients, except the cauliflower in a big bowl. Add the cauliflower, cover, and refrigerate for an hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 450 F. Drain the cauliflower.
  • Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray and arrange the cauliflower florets so they cook evenly. Bake for 20 minutes
  • Flip the cauliflower and bake for another 20 minutes or until brown and crispy.

Chef's Tip:

Marinate the cauliflower overnight for stronger heat and bigger flavor.
