Jarred Lentil Pasta

Whether you need dinner on the go or something fun for at home our Jarred Lentil Pasta is perfect! Made right in your leftover glass jars, we combined Dei Fratelli Crushed Tomatoes with chickpea pasta, green lentils, and all your favorite diced veggies for a flavorful and fun dinner!

Ingredients:
- 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 3/4 Cups Chickpea Pasta, dry
- 1 3/4 Cups Green Lentils, soaked in water, drained, and slightly smashed
- 1/2 Cup Carrot, minced
- 1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper, minced
- 1 Cup Onion, roasted and chopped
- 1 Cup Garlic, roasted and chopped
- 5 1/4 Cups Vegetable Stock
- 2 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 3 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Basil, dried
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F with a water bath in the center of the middle rack.
- Divide all the ingredients evenly between 7 empty 16 oz. jars with tight fitting lids in the following order: Pasta, lentils, vegetables, Dei Fratelli Crushed Tomatoes, vegetable stock, lemon juice, and then spices. Twist on the lid and give it a shake!
- Carefully place the jars in the water bath and bake for 60 minutes.
- Use caution when removing jars from the water bath at the end of cooking.
- Carefully open jar and enjoy!
