The perfect spread for your bagel or favorite crackers! Our Italian Layer Dip combines Dei Fratelli Chopped Italian Tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, cream cheese, goat cheese, and garlic for this delicious spread that will make your charcuterie board a success!

  • 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Chopped Italian Tomatoes, drained
  • 1 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 (8 oz.) package Cream Cheese, softened
  • 6 oz. Goat Cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 Cup Basil Pesto


  • Line 4 ramekins, or small bowls with plastic wrap, and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, mix drained Dei Fratelli Chopped Italian Tomatoes and balsamic vinegar and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese, goat cheese, and garlic. Using a hand mixer, whip the ingredients together on high speed until fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  • Add the basil pesto to the cheese mixture and continue to whip on medium-high speed until well blended, about 1 minute.
  • In each ramekin or bowl, layer the bottom with the cheese mixture until coated.
  • Spoon the tomato mixture over the top of the cheese mixture, being sure to cover it completely.
  • Add another layer of the cheese mixture, spreading evenly.
  • Spoon another layer of tomatoes, making sure to cover it completely.
  • Finish by topping with one more layer of cheese mixture.
  • Cover the ramekins or bowls with a layer of plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour.
  • Once chilled, remove the top layer of plastic wrap. Turn the chilled ramekin or bowl upside down on a plate so the dip falls out. Remove the remaining plastic wrap.

Chef's Tip:

Take sliced almonds and cover the sides and top of the dip.  Serve with crackers or a sliced baguette!
