Hashbrown Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:
Crust:
- 4 Cups Frozen Hashbrowns, thawed
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- ¼ Cup Black Pepper
- 1½ Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 2 Eggs
Toppings:
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes, drained
- 4 slices Deli Ham, cut into pieces
- 3-5 Eggs
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Drain Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes using a strainer and a medium-sized bowl.
- In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the hashbrown crust.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and shape the crust into a 10" circle that is about ½" thick.
- Create small ridges around the edges of the 10" circle to form a crust.
- Bake the crust for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and evenly spread ham followed by the drained Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes.
- Crack the eggs one at a time in a small bowl and place them evenly around the breakfast pizza.
- Top pizza with shredded cheese and place into the oven for 15 minutes or until the eggs are cooked and the cheese is melted.
