The perfect way to feed the whole family for breakfast! With Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and ham our Hashbrown Breakfast Pizza is a fun way to start the day.

  • 4 Cups Frozen Hashbrowns, thawed
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • ¼ Cup Black Pepper
  • Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 2 Eggs



  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Drain Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes using a strainer and a medium-sized bowl.
  • In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the hashbrown crust.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and shape the crust into a 10" circle that is about ½" thick.
  • Create small ridges around the edges of the 10" circle to form a crust.
  • Bake the crust for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove the crust from the oven and evenly spread ham followed by the drained Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes.
  • Crack the eggs one at a time in a small bowl and place them evenly around the breakfast pizza.
  • Top pizza with shredded cheese and place into the oven for 15 minutes or until the eggs are cooked and the cheese is melted.

Chef's Tip:
